Shipping timelines
Due to increased order volume and ongoing pandemic-related challenges, orders may be delayed. We currently aim to ship orders within 7 to 10 business days. Please bear with us as we work to get your order ready as quickly as possible. If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will contact you with options.
Shipping addresses
Orders are shipped to valid Canadian and United States addresses. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. If you submitted your order with a P.O. Box address, we'll reach out and request an alternate shipping address.
Shipping method
We ship all orders via courier services like Canpar and UPS. Couriers typically deliver on weekdays but may deliver on weekends. Use your order's tracking information to monitor the status of your order as it makes its way to you.
If at the time of delivery someone is not present to receive packages, the courier may leave your ordered item(s) at the shipping address or reroute to the nearest pick-up point. Please note, for apartment buildings without concierge service, packages are typically rerouted to a pick-up point.
If you are unable to collect your package(s) from the pick-up point, unfortunately we cannot reship the item(s). If left uncollected, the package(s) are returned to us. Once we receive the item(s), we will automatically process a refund, excluding any shipping fees.
Shipping fees
Orders within Canada- Free shipping on orders over $50.00.*
- $5.00 (CAD) shipping fee for orders between $25.00 to $49.99.*
- $12.00 (CAD) shipping fee for orders below $25.00.*
- $15.00 (CAD) shipping fee for all orders.*
Duties and import fees that may be levied on international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
(*) We may be unable to offer Free Shipping and flat-rate shipping options or fulfill orders to certain shipping addresses. For example, this can happen if the shipping location is in a remote area, the area is not fully serviced by our courier partners, or if the fees levied from the courier are too high to deliver the order to the shipping address. In these rare cases, we will contact you with options. We very much want you to try our products! If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will provide a full refund to the original form of payment.
